Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Personal Paparazzi application operated by Personal Paparazzi, Inc. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Personal Paparazzi app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Personal Paparazzi connects users ("Clients") who want on-demand photography with independent contractors ("Personal Paparazzi") who provide photography services. We are a platform and are not responsible for the actions of independent contractors.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Content and Photos

Photos and videos captured during a session are delivered to the Client through the platform. Personal Paparazzi, Inc. retains no rights to use your photos for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

Independent Contractors

Personal Paparazzi photographers are independent contractors, not employees of Personal Paparazzi, Inc. We do not control the manner or means by which they perform services, but we do require verification and adherence to our community standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personal Paparazzi, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
